Poems of a Young Man: “BLACK HOLE SACRIFICE”

It’s me!

Cosmic traveller.

Sacrificial lamb!

Skiing the star slopes

of our Milky Way!

Surfing Saturn’s rings!

Romping on the moons of Neptune!

I swim in the colorless space

cupped in the crater

of an undiscovered moon!

I float

caressing the fingers

of an extra-terrestrial rainbow!

Playing tag

with a runaway comet!

Scaling the sheerest cliffs

on an uncharted asteroid

I achieve the pinnacle

and leap off!

Throwing myself into Fate.

A willing offering

into the maws of

Mother Black Hole…
