GUESTBOOK (2012) 44: “Connections” (by Shae Uisna)

.

SPIRALING

OUT THROUGH CENTER,

I AM ROOTED IN THE EARTH.

THROUGH MOTION

THERE IS CONNECTION.

I DANCE THE DREAM INTO DAY.

ANCIENT RITES REMEMBERED,

INTUITED

IN THE WIDE OPEN DARKNESS,

CLEAR A WAY

FOR MAGIC TO BEGIN.

IN WELCOME EXCHANGE

SPIRITS ENTER

(SPIRITS, WELCOME!)

LIFTS NEW BEGINNINGS

RED & BLACK GODDESS OF THE CROSSROADS

FROM OLD DESPAIR,

HEROES

HAVE BECOME SHEROES

(HERMAPHRODITE PROPHECY IS FULFILLED)

LIGHT MOVES INTO DARKNESS,

DARKNESS BECOMES THE DAY,

AS SPIRALING

OUT THROUGH CENTER

THE DREAM IS DANCED A NEW WAY.

CONNECTIONS!

.

    Hello Kevin –

Thanks for posting. The title of the poem is actually “Connections” and you’re missing a line… it should be,
    Spiraling
    Out through Center
I am rooted in the Earth.
Through Motion there is Connection (…)

    Thanks Friend!
