GUESTBOOK 134 (2015): “Mutiny For Fun and Profit” (by Stuart Vance & Kevin Keelan)

Our illustrious Captain,

(The scoundrel! The rouge!)

guides this ship

with an undulating sense of humor

the crew doesn’t understand.

The sea keeps saying:

“You’d better run a tight ship!”

but in truth-

we are one jolly family

of drunken pirates

with mutiny on our minds.

Our ship is escorted

by a school of hungry sharks

who love us.

And we hate

the ocean.
