GUESTBOOK 2011- 29: “Guerilla Soldiers of the Middle Class” (by Stuart Vance)

Stu caracature.

The war is on.

And the war zone is here…

Middle Class America.

We’re guerilla soldiers

dressed just like you,

but this time

you won’t know who we are.

It won’t matter anyway, the front line

is in our hearts.

We’ll be walking around

doing ordinary things

just like you,

but inside something’s different.

The war is on.

The battle lines have been erased

because we won’t fight.

We’re guerilla soldiers

of the Middle Class

and we won’t fight.

We’re changing everything around,

it’s happening every day.

Look around… on the bus,

at the office, in your house.

We’re guerilla soldiers

of the Middle Class…

and we’re starting over again.
